Individual

Merchant regular

- 100% tax deduction for your membership dues and events
- Advertising/marketing opportunities available on SAC website
- Sponsorships available for neighborhood events hosted by SAC
- Provide assistance interfacing with the city and municipal offices

Merchant prime

- 100% tax deduction for your membership dues and events
- In addition to the Merchant Regular membership advantages, the Merchant Prime membership provides such benefits as the opportunity to be selected for “Merchant of the Month” on the SAC website and 1st Ave bulletin.

Residential Building

- 100% tax deduction for your membership dues and events
- SAC will assist with any issues that affect your building, including interfacing on your behalf with city and municipal offices
